Senior Contract Specialist

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement commercial strategies, optimising processes and systems to drive maturity and contractor performance across our infrastructure portfolio.
- Provide expert commercial support to develop and improve business analytics, including benchmarking, data analysis, performance monitoring, KPIs, insights, trends, and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), to provide delivery performance uplift.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure robust contract governance processes and control environments to manage commercial agreements in line with contract objectives and policies.
- Support the development of strategic partnership engagements and ongoing management and operation of these partnerships.
- Strategic thinking with autonomy and intuition to engage in complex commercial contracts' structuring, negotiating, and administration and governance.
- Highly developed analytical skills and demonstrated capacity to successfully manage broad responsibilities and complex issues at various organisational levels.
- Proven experience working in a large corporation in Water/Construction/Operations or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to innovate and implement change and improvement initiatives.
