Warehouse Operations Leader

Our organisation combines substantial volume, footprint and infrastructure to provide customised logistics solutions to industrial, beverage and consumer goods sectors.

As Warehouse Operations Leader, you will lead safe and efficient warehouse operations in accordance with OH&S and company practices. You will drive proactive planning, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency while managing inventory to maximise warehouse capacity and utilisation.

  • Ensure high service levels and respond promptly to customer issues to minimise downtime
  • Control costs with a strong focus on labour efficiency and workforce productivity

You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support team development, performance, and succession planning.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of proven experience in Warehouse and Distribution Management, exceptional knowledge and understanding of HSE and COR requirements, and passion for bringing out the best in team members and providing pathways for growth.
