Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Operational Excellence Specialist. This exciting opportunity will enable you to contribute to delivering modern programs, services, and policy that strengthen communities and enable individuals with disability to participate actively in community life.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of strategic projects and change initiatives to improve service delivery outcomes. They will also undertake analysis, design, and implementation of business and service improvements using data-driven insights and stakeholder engagement.

In this role, you will develop and apply change management strategies that enable successful transitions to new processes, systems, and ways of working. Your expertise and experience will help drive organisational change and operational excellence, ultimately delivering outcomes for individuals with disability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of strategic projects and change initiatives to improve service delivery outcomes.
  • Undertaking the analysis, design, and implementation of business and service improvements using data-driven insights and stakeholder engagement.
  • Developing and applying change management strategies that enable successful transitions to new processes, systems, and ways of working.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, public administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in project management, change management, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of disability support services and policies.
