We are seeking a compassionate Disability Support Practitioner to join our team.

Job Description

The successful applicant will provide personalized support and care to clients with cerebral palsy, empowering them to develop and maintain independence in their daily lives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support clients in developing and maintaining their independence while advocating for their unique needs and preferences.
  • Deliver high-quality care, including mealtime assistance, personal care, medication administration, and manual handling using specialized equipment.
  • Transport clients safely and efficiently using wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and well-being.
