We offer a variety of services, including community access, assistance with daily living & self-care, community nursing, support coordination, specialist coordination, SIL housing, SDA, respite, cleaning, and yard maintenance. Key Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting clients with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, shopping, and laundry.
  • Accompanying participants on planned outings and recreational activities.
  • Resourcing and creating meaningful, engaging activities.
  • Administering, recording, and ordering medications.
  • Maintaining progress notes, incident reports, daily records, and other necessary documentation.
  • Assisting with domestic tasks.
  • Handling complex or challenging situations calmly and rationally.

Qualifications and Requirements

We are looking for candidates who can meet the following criteria for an IMMEDIATE START:

  • Criminal History Check (must be less than 6 months old)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening and Blue Card
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Own vehicle with comprehensive insurance and unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
  • Industry-related Certificate
  • Availability: Regular shifts, including weekends, sleepovers, and public holidays
  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
