Warehouse Supervisor Role Summary

The purpose of this Warehouse Supervisor role is to lead a team of warehouse staff and ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating shipments and receiving goods, and ensuring that all warehouse operations are running smoothly.

  • Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and implement changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A can-do attitude and be willing to learn.
  • Hold triple COVID vaccination shots.
  • Be able to participate in a pre-employment medical assessment.
  • Possess or be willing to undergo a police check.
  • Hold a valid forklift license.
  • Be experienced with high-reach double-deep forklifts.
  • Have leadership experience including coaching and mentoring.
