Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Warehouse Administrator to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring accurate records of stock levels, inbound and outbound shipments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of warehouse operations, including stock levels, inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding shipment statuses and resolve any queries related to logistics processes.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Support overall department goals and objectives by working effectively with other team members.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with CargoWise is highly advantageous.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to warehouse operations as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a warehousing or logistics environment with strong emphasis on record keeping and administration.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems; experience with CargoWise considered an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, capability to provide high-quality customer service.
  • Understanding of operational flow within a warehouse setting, including stock management and inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
