About This Role
  • Leading small teams in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Passionate about safety and leading Toolbox talks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to take everyone on a journey.
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder engagement skills along with high-level customer service.
  • Experience in process improvement, coaching, and developing teams.
  • Skills in warehouse admin, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Confident on SAP S4/Hana or other ERP systems, along with Microsoft efficiency.
  • Forklift license, and First Aid Certification (not essential).
