Key Responsibilities


  1. Workforce Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement workforce planning initiatives to align staffing with commercial growth, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  2. HR Process & Policy Development: Design and implement HR policies that enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and foster scalability, driving a supportive and efficient work environment across our teams.
  3. Recruitment & Onboarding: Collaborate with agencies to create recruitment strategies that attract high-caliber candidates, streamlining onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration.
  4. Performance & Talent Management: Develop structured performance frameworks to drive accountability and employee development, supporting succession and promotion goals.
  5. Compliance & Risk Management: Oversee compliance with Australian employment laws, coordinating with external consultants and proactively managing risk to ensure a secure work environment.
  6. Training & Development: Design and implement programs for skills enhancement, compliance, and leadership development, supporting our succession and promotion goals.

About the Role

As our HR Manager, you will lead HR strategy and compliance, ensuring HR policies not only meet legal standards but also foster a supportive and efficient work environment across our teams. Reporting to the GM – Shared Services, you will establish a strategic HR vision, aligning workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management with our business goals.



Requirements


  • Qualifications: Degree in HR or related discipline.
  • Experience: 5+ years in commercial HR management, with a strong background in HR systems, policy creation, and compliance.
  • Skills: Analytical, process-oriented, and an exceptional communicator with a knack for aligning HR with business outcomes.
