About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our Data & Analytics practice forward. As a Strategic Data Director of Innovation, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the practice and taking accountability for delivery excellence, sales, recruiting, account management, and business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Practice Building – Drive overall growth of practice area through business development, talent management, oversight of delivery work, and thought leadership.
  • Team & Individual Development – Maximize team performance through effective team approaches that increase productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Engagement Management – Manage engagement risk, project economics, managing accounts receivable, defining deliverable content, and ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and maturation of Data and Analytics offerings.
  • Provide oversight and governance of all sold and managed Data and Analytics projects.
  • Drive business development with the proper information, tools, and subject matter expertise to sell engagements within the offering.
  • BUILD relationships with local market teams, aligning on sales pursuits, resource capacity, and capabilities, and awareness across the region.
Requirements
  • 14+ years consulting experience in data and analytics strategy, architecture, and solution delivery resulting in clear client business outcomes.
  • P&L experience from a comparably sized consulting firm.
  • Broad data and analytics experiences across data strategy, data architecture, data governance, visualizations, AI/ML, legacy data platforms, and modern cloud data stack.
  • Deep expertise in defining, architecting, and delivering modern cloud data stack based data and analytical solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud, as well as Snowflake or Databricks based cloud data platforms.
  • Proven history of leveraging and growing existing client base; organic business development responsibilities, i.e., growing new accounts/clients from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful consulting engagement management experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
