**Your Role as Group Planning Director**

You will be the story teller, connecting all dots, defining ideas, and architecting systems. Working closely with our strategy team, you will engage with business leadership to deliver client objectives and collaborate with marketplace counterparts to execute your ideas.

As a Media Director for Innovative Campaigns, you will have the opportunity to develop groundbreaking strategies across various clients, including adidas, Bayer, Dell, Google, Mars, PlayStation, The Coca-Cola Company, and Uber.

**Key Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A deep understanding of media channels, including paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Comfort working with data, translating insights into actionable implications and optimisations.
  • In-depth knowledge of research on media effectiveness and its impact on growth.
  • Experience in audience and signal planning, building audiences, and translating them into segments.
  • Competency in using planning tools for allocation and optimisation.
