Claims and Injury Support Administrator

We have a permanent full-time role available as an administrator based at our North Sydney office.

This position provides timely and efficient administrative support to the team in areas of claims and injury management, return to work, and regulatory functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Demonstrating values and behaviours consistent with our Leadership and Behavioural Framework
  • Providing administration support to the team, including initial triage and claim registration, data entry, drafting letters and documents, and more
  • Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders

To succeed in this role you will need experience in claims management, basic knowledge of workers compensation database systems, excellent time management skills, and a strong customer service orientation.
