Job Opportunity: Injury Claims Specialist

We are a leading Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Claims Management business. Our goal is to provide ongoing support during the return-to-work journey for injured workers.

The Injury Claims Specialist role plays a crucial part in assisting injured workers return to employment. You will be the central point of contact for the injured worker, employer and stakeholders involved in the treatment plan to help the injured worker get back to work.

This position involves working with various stakeholders including injured workers, their employers, doctors and rehabilitation providers to facilitate the injured worker's return to work as promptly and safely as possible.

Our team collaborates to develop and implement strategies to improve recovery and return to work outcomes for injured workers.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage a full portfolio of workers compensation claims focusing on physical and psychological based injuries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to assist the injured worker's return to work.
  • Work with our Injury Management Specialists to develop and implement a plan supporting the injured worker's return to work journey.
About You:
  • An allied health background with experience in customer service is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work well within a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for helping people and ability to handle challenging conversations.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and able to think creatively when engaging with stakeholders.
  • Empathetic, resilient and able to work well under pressure.
