At BaptistCare WA, we are seeking an experienced Injury Management Coordinator to join our Safety and Wellbeing team. Based in Norwest, this permanent full-time position offers flexible/hybrid working arrangements.

About the Role:

This is a brand-new opportunity for an Injury Management Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our Safety and Wellbeing team. Working closely with the Injury Management Lead, you will coordinate multiple processes to ensure BaptistCare meets workers' compensation obligations.

About You:

  • Previous experience in workers compensation administration or claims roles, including weekly benefits.
  • Exceptional administrative, organisational, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to prioritise work and deal with multiple tasks and input sources.
  • Experience as an Injury Management Consultant or Rehabilitation Provider in a large employer.
  • End-to-end claims management experience, including stakeholder roles and responsibilities desirable.
  • Experience within the aged care or disability sector advantageous.
  • Genuine alignment to BaptistCare's Vision, Mission, and Purpose.
