About the Role
This fast-paced and interesting role allows you to utilize your Defence experience and contribute positively to the safety and security of personnel on base. As a Security Officer, you will provide customer service of the highest quality through your proactive, professional, and sound approach. Key duties include:
- Observing activities associated with asset protection.
- Monitoring CCTV footage and radio communication systems.
- Providing first aid and liaising with Police and Emergency Response Services.
- Reviewing camera footage and writing reports.
- Conducting foot patrols throughout the premises.
Requirements
- Certificate II in Security Operations and security license.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Open driver's license.
- Dedication, reliability, and a commitment to security.
- High-level computer literacy skills.
- The ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment.
- Australian Government Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
