About the Role
This fast-paced and interesting role offers the opportunity to utilise your experience in Defence and contribute positively to the safety and security of all personnel on base. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing customer service of the highest quality through your proactive, professional, and sound approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Observe activities associated with asset protection.
- Monitor CCTV footage and radio communication systems.
- Provide first aid and liaise with Police & Emergency Response Services.
- Review camera footage and write reports.
- Conduct foot patrols throughout the premises.
Requirements
- Certificate II in Security Operations and security licence.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Open driver's license.
- Dedication, reliability, and a commitment to security.
- High-level computer literacy skills.
- The ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment.
- Australian Government Security Clearance or ability to obtain.
