About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Security Officer in the Townsville region. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing strong customer service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients, as well as conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security and safety risks.
You will be working in a rotational roster, including nights, days, and weekends, and will be required to work in a variety of roles, including response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Providing customer service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients
- Conducting building patrols to identify and report security and safety risks
- Monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems
- Responding to emergency situations
- Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management
- Strong customer service skills
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
- Ability to work in a rotational roster
- Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
- Valid QLD Security License (including Monitoring Subclass)
