Compensation Package

  • $90k - $100k base salary, plus superannuation, commission, and bonus incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their brand, goals, and needs.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and market insights to drive sales and expand our client base.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and deliver bespoke branded merchandise programs that exceed their expectations.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to align business goals with market opportunities, providing input into marketing and sales strategies.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to offer cutting-edge solutions that set our clients apart.
  • Partner with the internal design and production teams to deliver seamless, high-quality service and solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ Years of Account Management or Sales experience.
  • Experience in branded merchandise, promotional marketing, or a creative agency.
  • A strong network and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for understanding and addressing client needs.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for branding, marketing, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to achieve results.
