About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team in Melbourne, expanding our operations to better serve our clients. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of tradie businesses in Australia
  • Act as the point of contact for your clients and handle inbound/outbound calls
  • Grow and retain revenue within your portfolio against monthly targets
  • Nurture and retain existing customers

About You:

  • Experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Service
  • Proven results against sales, retention, or similar KPIs
  • Loves working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills and problem-solving abilities

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
