Psychologist Role

We are seeking a skilled Psychologist to join our national team of 200+ professionals working across various service pathways.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality psychological practice, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT, ACT & DBT. Our organisation offers a range of psychological assessments, covering mental health, IQ, psychoeducational, school readiness, decision-making capacity, autism and ADHD evaluations.

As part of our team, you will have opportunities to work in a clinic environment with a multidiscipline team or across different settings, such as family homes, disability group homes, day programs, and schools within your community.

A healthy work-life balance is essential for our staff, so we offer flexible work arrangements, allocate clients close to home, give ownership of calendars, provide free onsite parking, and allow part-time or reduced hours.

To ensure our team members succeed, we provide one-on-one and group training sessions, plus the ability to ask advice via email or phone at any time. This support complements our Managers and Team Leaders on staff.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
  • Provisional Psychologists accepted
  • Ability to become registered with AHPRA in a Registrar program – e.g., clinical psychology, clinical neuropsychology, education and developmental psychology, or forensic psychology (for Registrar Program)
  • Registration with AHPRA with endorsement in clinical psychology, clinical neuropsychology, education and developmental psychology, or forensic psychology (for endorsed positions)
  • A car and licence
  • National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain one before commencement
