Job Overview:

The role of a Customer Service Professional involves delivering exceptional service to clients by providing prompt, high-quality support through various communication channels.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by offering expert, helpful assistance to clients via all interaction channels.

  • SUPPORT TEAM MEMBERS TO MAINTAIN A DYNAMIC WORK ENVIRONMENT.
  • Capture and document all customer complaints via CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Achieve set service level standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize organizational and departmental objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Hold a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience in a customer service-related environment.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills and ability to handle complex customer interactions.
  • Develop excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to building strong working relationships.
  • Possess experience with Salesforce, with initiative to work independently.
  • Utilize effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and Police check.
  • Maintain strong IT skills to operate corporate systems effectively.
