The role of a Customer Service Professional involves delivering exceptional service to clients by providing prompt, high-quality support through various communication channels.

- Deliver outstanding customer service by offering expert, helpful assistance to clients via all interaction channels.
- Process, track, and monitor customer requests, ensuring timely follow-up and feedback where necessary.
- SUPPORT TEAM MEMBERS TO MAINTAIN A DYNAMIC WORK ENVIRONMENT.
- Capture and document all customer complaints via CRM system (Salesforce).
- Achieve set service level standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize organizational and departmental objectives.
- Hold a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience in a customer service-related environment.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills and ability to handle complex customer interactions.
- Develop excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to building strong working relationships.
- Possess experience with Salesforce, with initiative to work independently.
- Utilize effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and Police check.
- Maintain strong IT skills to operate corporate systems effectively.
