Market Access Strategist Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Market & Patient Access team in Australia and New Zealand. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to shape the future of healthcare access.

About the Role
  • Lead technical delivery across HTA submissions to government bodies, including PBAC, MSAC, PHARMAC, and more.
  • Provide expert input into pricing and reimbursement strategy, health economics, real-world evidence, and value communication.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Act as a key client advisor, building trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Mentor consultants and analysts to deliver at the highest standard.
Key Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in market access, HTA, or health economics in AU/NZ.
  • Proven track record of successful HTA submissions.
  • Excellent leadership experience, with expertise in local policy, evidence development, and reimbursement processes.
  • Degree in science, pharmacy, health economics, public health, or similar (postgrad preferred).
