Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of National Manager.

This position involves driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence, and leading a team of professionals in achieving strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in logistics and business management, with experience in national or multi-site operations.

A bachelor's degree in business management, accounting, or economics is desirable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that drive revenue growth, improve operational performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business development initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Develop and implement business strategies that improve operational performance and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customer representatives
  • Oversee human resources and industrial relations performance, ensuring teams are trained, competent, and aligned with company values
  • Promote a safe working environment and ensure adherence to WHS policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Several years' experience in logistics and business management, ideally in a national or multi-site capacity
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive performance across diverse operations
  • Experience with SAP and a solid understanding of warehouse and transport systems
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
