We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our sales team.
This role is based in the Gold Coast area with frequent visits to our Carole Park office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive account management, developing key relationships within their dedicated portfolio, and delivering exceptional customer value and solutions to both new and existing accounts within the Brisbane area.
The primary focus will be on the supply and sales of Industrial and Safety products.
- Maintain and develop key relationships within your portfolio to drive business growth.
- Develop opportunities for growth through strategic planning and fact-based analysis.
- Achieve sales and trading margin contribution targets through product optimisations.
- Maintain an effective territory call plan for existing and identified customers.
- Work collaboratively with the local branch team members.
- Regular market/competitor analysis and reporting on trends and sales activities.
- Plan and implement strategies based on anticipated customer needs.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to drive business growth through proactive account management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Familiarity with sales and trading processes.
