We're Hiring: ICT Business Development Manager / ICT Sales Manager

Creative Technologies Australia is growing fast We're looking for an experienced, driven and strategic ICT Business Development Manager / ICT Sales Manager to help us expand our ICT services portfolio and build strong, long-lasting client relationships.

As a leading provider of website and application development, AWS and DevOps solutions, ERP implementations, cybersecurity services and more, Creative Technologies Australia delivers innovative technology outcomes for clients across multiple industries. With a high-calibre team of technical resources located throughout Australia, we design and deliver tailored ICT solutions that help businesses grow, secure and modernise their operations.

What you'll do
  • Develop and execute ICT business growth strategies.
  • Identify, pursue and secure new client opportunities across public and private sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers, procurement teams and partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, proposals, tender responses and negotiations through to contract close.
  • Develop account plans and drive upsell/cross-sell of existing services to maximise client value.
  • Work closely with technical, engineering and delivery teams to design and present tailored ICT solutions.
  • Monitor and analyse ICT market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, demonstrations and proposals to senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to pricing, bid preparation and marketing campaigns to support lead generation.
  • Attend client site visits and travel as required.
  • 3+ years' experience in ICT sales, account management or business development.
  • Solid understanding of ICT products, services and trends (AWS, DevOps, ERP, Cybersecurity and more).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Relevant degree in Business, IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Australian PR or Citizenship preferred.
  • Competitive salary + superannuation.
