Job Role: Employment Facilitator

As an Employment Facilitator, you will have the responsibility of shaping the future of people looking for sustainable employment. You will interact with people across all stages of the employment placement journey and work closely within the team to deliver excellence in employment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the design and execution of tailored employment pathway plans to meet individual needs.
- Demonstrating quality and compliance driven outcomes to adhere to government contracts requirements.
- Supporting job seekers to develop the confidence and build their skills to re-enter the workforce.
- Assisting employers to find the right person for the job through effective reverse marketing and cold calling strategies.
- Utilizing strong interpersonal skills to proactively build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Providing education on employment barriers and community stigmas to all stakeholders.
- Offering post placement support to job seekers and employers.
