Key Responsibilities:

A successful candidate will be driven to transform lives through a person-first approach, tailoring support and solutions to the individual in front of them.

A Day in the Life:
  • Encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance requirements; and
  • Providing exceptional service at every stage of the process.
Requirements:

Attributes and Experience:

  • Experience in customer service or a client facing role;
  • Ideally, demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Confident working towards Key Performance Indicators and making placements that result in lasting employment for our clients;
  • An overall desire to be part of our team, with a true belief in our purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive; and
  • Hold a current Driver's Licence.
  • No prior employment services experience necessary.
