Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable solutions that drive customer and business value while aligning to risk-management principles
  • Implement clever engineering strategies to experiment and prototype features rapidly
  • Collaborate with various engineering teams to deliver and maintain operationally efficient systems
  • Mentor and coach team members to drive success and growth
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Marketing/Communications automation experience, ideally in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with financial services data and a strong understanding of risk-management principles
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to collaborate with other experts
  • Experience with SQL, AMP script, and HTML, as well as a deep understanding of journeys and automation design
  • Relevant certifications are advantageous
