About the Role

Globant's Commerce Studio is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our digital commerce transformation team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients succeed in the ever-changing digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with sales leads to understand deal opportunities and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Develop and manage solution consulting plans to drive business growth and technology innovation.
  • Design and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet client needs, including email marketing, automation, personalization, and data integration.
  • Lead and direct teams to deliver high-quality deliverables and shape solution options.
  • Review and interrogate estimates and project plans to ensure successful deal closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial options and present to customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and key technologies, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Requirements
  • Highly organized with strong business strategy skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, marketing automation, and campaign management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with all departments and functions.
  • Emotional intelligence, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with a quick learning ability.
