Job Description

This role is responsible for defining and executing the People Plan for a region during a period of significant growth. The plan will involve strategic workforce planning across a complex matrix organization spanning diverse functions in at least five countries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the people plan, managing a team of HR professionals, and ensuring that the company's culture and values are upheld.

They will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:
