Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team as an Office Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage online portal administration

- Process work orders in the CRM

- Support clients with queries

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required

- Database management

- Transactional accounts processing

- Ad hoc administration and projects

Requirements:

- High attention to detail

- Demonstrated administration experience preferably within a high-tech environment

- Process-driven and efficient

Benefits:

- Flexible full-time or part-time hours (0.8-1.0 FTE)
