Key Role Summary

This strategic Administrative Coordinator will provide proactive support to the CEO in a part-time role, based in our offices. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in executive-level administration and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.

Role Responsibilities
  • Manage CEO's calendar and schedule meetings, prepare agendas and meeting materials.
  • Liaise with senior executives and stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Lead change management projects as part of our strategic agenda.
  • Assist with event coordination and organization of high-priority initiatives.
  • Provide governance support for the board, including meeting preparation and policy review.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in executive-level administration, preferably in a non-profit sector.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and flexible mindset, anticipating the needs of the CEO and leadership team.
