
Administration Coordinator

Permanent - Full Time, Permanent - Part Time. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a vital hands-on role in supporting the Maintenance and leadership teams at our Dry Creek depot. You'll be the go-to person for a wide range of administrative functions, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support to leaders and staff
- Coordinate meetings, forums, and stakeholder engagements with a customer-first approach
- Maintain and report on data using internal HR and business systems
- Oversee equipment ordering and supply coordination
- Support day-to-day facility and depot management
- Assist in delivering administrative programs and initiatives
- Manage purchasing transactions in line with service agreements
- Liaise effectively with internal teams and external vendors
- Ensure all tasks are completed with professionalism, timeliness, and attention to detail
You'll be a highly organised individual with a strong administrative background and a genuine interest in supporting operational teams. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment and be confident juggling competing priorities.
To be successful, you'll bring- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Payroll experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Sound understanding of HR, financial, and procurement systems and processes
- Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
