We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and providing exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering calls, and assisting with general administrative tasks to support the team. They will also maintain the reception and office areas to a high standard and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. You will also need to have a friendly, professional, and proactive approach, with a minimum of 5 years' experience within an administration/clerical role.
Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is essential. Previous experience in a fast-paced working environment and dealing with both internal and external customers is desirable.
