We are now looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Administration Coordinatorto join our friendly Wayville team on a six month contract with the possibility permanency. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives on variety and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. This could be a great opportunity for a smart and detail-focused individual to make their transition into a fulltime corporate environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Operations & Logistics Manager, you'll play a key role in the end-to-end coordination of sales orders, stock, warehousing, and administration support, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating sales and purchasing processes, ensuring accurate paperwork and communication across teams.
  • Processing sales orders, invoicing, goods receipting, and monitoring stock allocations.
  • Managing warehouse operations including stock dispatch, cycle counts, and stock integrity.
  • Handling CMS licensing and coordinating with third-party API providers (e.g. Metcash, ABCIS, LastYard).
  • Providing general administrative support.
  • Maintaining our online store and supporting light marketing activities.
  • Ensuring safe manual handling of stock and a clean, compliant warehouse environment.
About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A strong communicator with great organisation and time management skills.
  • Experienced in customer service, logistics, administration, or warehouse coordination is highly desirable.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office; ERP experience (especially SAP) is a bonus.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
  • A team player who also works confidently and independently.

Experience in retail, hospitality, supply chain, or e-commerce is desirable but not essential.
