About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Coordinator to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating complex shipping operations, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute shipping activities for assigned projects, adhering to Technip Energies Global Principles & Standards
  • Manage transportation activities in accordance with the Logistic Execution Plan
  • Assign shipping activities to freight forwarders and monitor execution
  • Contribute to freight forwarder performance assessment
  • Manage invoices and verify services rendered by freight forwarders
  • Motivate team members to engage in daily activities and improvement initiatives
  • Provide transport cost and man-hour estimates and reports
  • Develop transport and logistics management plans for projects
  • Plan and revise shipping schedules
  • Prepare issue specifications, invitations to bid, negotiation documents, and service orders
  • Define and assign shipments to forwarding agents
  • Coordinate pick-up operations with suppliers
  • Issue or coordinate import-export documentation
  • Issue shipping notices and send shipping documents to relevant parties
  • Support OSD activities and interface with site materials teams

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Coordinator with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management. You will have a technical diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in managing complex shipping schemes. You will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
