The Opportunity:

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and ensuring smooth operations in the transport and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate the movement of Specialised Fleet in line with Fatigue Management.
  • Manage site levels in accordance with minops requirements and daily usage.
  • Manage load request times for DG customers and respond to their needs.
  • Liaise with the fleet maintenance department to ensure effective planning of scheduled maintenance.
  • Ensure safe, cost-effective, and reliable distribution of bulk DG products.
  • Capture data and relevant safety statistics for client KPIs.
  • Establish and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide daily internal reporting on activity, forward planning, and daily delivery volumes.

Requirements:

  • Previous scheduling experience, with DG experience highly regarded.
  • Current Driver's Licence, with a MC highly regarded.
  • Highly developed organisational, planning, and computer skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast-paced team.
