About the Role

The Project Coordinator position is a dynamic opportunity to provide exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their home building journey.

You will be responsible for working closely with operations teams, ensuring accurate plans and contract documents are available for client presentation meetings.

Key responsibilities include managing multiple clients from deposit through to site start, resolving disputes, and providing unbeatable customer service.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple clients throughout the home building process
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of plans and contract documents
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving disputes and addressing client concerns
  • Work collaboratively with operations teams to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, construction management)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
