About the Role

">A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a seasoned pharmacy sales professional to lead business development efforts in our Central Coast and Newcastle territory. As a Territory Manager with Reckitt, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, aligning our product range with their needs through regular visits. You will also need to understand what attracts consumers to our brands, ensuring they remain top choices for customers and healthcare professionals.

Your key responsibilities will include implementing promotional campaigns, guiding retailers on effective merchandising, and creating appealing store and pharmacy environments that drive sales growth. To achieve this, you will need to ensure our products are well-stocked and negotiate opportunities for display enhancements and promotions.

You will be expected to drive sales forward to meet and surpass assigned targets and objectives, making a significant impact in your region.

We believe in being open and honest about pay. The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 - $120,000 per year depending on experience, including base salary and bonuses. This information is based on industry standards, local market conditions, and our internal compensation policies.
