Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in the Wollongong area. As an Occupational Therapist - Community Care Specialist, you will provide evidence-based clinical care in the community, focusing on Home Care Package, Commonwealth Home Support Program, and Hospital Substitution programs.



The Role

  • Deliver targeted occupational therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs
  • Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals
  • Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team for optimal client outcomes
  • Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor

An estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
