Salary: $89,200 per annum, including superannuation benefits
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality services to clients, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of effective care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assess and identify the needs of clients and develop personalized plans to support their goals
- To provide education and training to clients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and strategies
- To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
- To maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Registered with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
