We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team at FastLaneRecruit. As a pivotal member of our recruitment team, you will play a key role in identifying and hiring top talent across various functions.

About the RoleAs a Recruitment Manager with FastLaneRecruit, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and developing effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilizing various sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive and active candidates, including networking, social media, job boards, and referrals.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate fit for specific roles and organizational culture.
- Coordinating and managing the interview process, ensuring timely feedback and communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Managing offer negotiations and facilitating the hiring process, including preparing offer letters and conducting background checks.
- Collaborating with the HR team on workforce planning initiatives and talent management programs.
- Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
We are offering an attractive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, annual leave, and additional personal leaves.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a strong track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Solid understanding of recruitment practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment laws.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools is preferred.
