Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding to join our team at FastLaneRecruit. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive and active candidates, leveraging social media, job boards, referrals, and other channels to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit for specific roles and organizational culture, utilizing behavioral-based interviewing techniques to evaluate soft skills and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring timely feedback and communication with candidates and hiring teams, including scheduling interviews, sending reminders, and following up on next steps.
  • Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the hiring process, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on workforce planning initiatives and talent management programs, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition, attending conferences, workshops, and webinars to stay up-to-date on the latest developments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably with a focus on recruitment and talent management.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a strong track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent, ideally within the fast-paced tech industry.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment laws, with expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering results-oriented outcomes.
