As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for greeting members and confirming vehicle information, as well as providing estimates for repair and maintenance services.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
  • Provide regular updates to members on the status of their vehicle
  • Handle member concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare and complete repair orders
What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a motivated customer service professional with excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. The ideal candidate will also have technical knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing, sound administrative/clerical skills, high-level verbal and written communication skills, and effective teamwork skills.
