**About the role**:
**Eagers Automotive** have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join us as a **Service Advisor** at* Mercedes-Benz in Mandurah.*

This role provides great earning potential - generous salary plus commission package

Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations for the dealership's service department.

**This includes the following**:

- Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicles service
- Quoting additional service work
- Ensuring all customer requirements are met
- Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Deliver high quality customer service

The Service Advisor role is strongly customer focused with elements of sales and automotive knowledge. Therefore, background in these fields would be highly advantageous.

**You will ideally possess**:

- Previous experience in a Service Department/ Automotive Industry (advantageous but not essential)
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- High level of integrity
- Superb interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
