
Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist.
This is a permanent full-time role, working closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional service and support to our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and manage the end-to-end customer experience.
- Respond to customer requests, source parts, and follow up on expected time of arrivals (ETAs) for backorders.
- Provide product-based information where required, supported by our team to build your knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience in a trade store/retail environment (desired).
- Well-developed customer service skills with a 'customer-first' approach.
- Confidence and experience with computers and Microsoft suites.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, problem-solver, and time management skills.
- Safety-minded and promote all things safety within our branch.
