Customer Development Manager

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and have a knack for building strong customer relationships? We are seeking an experienced Customer Development Manager to join our team in NAPA Mandurah. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with key customers within your territory, providing exceptional sales and service experiences that drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve customer problems through consultation, relationship building, and understanding customer needs
  • Responsibility for sales and gross margin performance of your territory
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows and training sessions
  • Achieve sales budgets
  • Developing new business (business development and account management)
  • Foster and drive a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home
  • Safe driving behaviours

Requirements:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience in sales and/or customer management preferably in the automotive industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Valid Australian driver's license
  • Passion for the automotive industry
