Compassionate Palliative Care Nurse Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive palliative care across various settings.
- Care for inpatients referred to our consultation service
- Support clients at home or in residential aged care facilities (RACFs)
- Intake and triage functions
This position operates primarily Monday to Friday, with participation in a rotating after-hours on-call roster. Staff may also be rostered to cover a day shift on weekends approximately every 4–5 weeks, depending on leave and service needs.
You will work collaboratively with an experienced team to provide coordinated care that supports patients and their families through end-of-life care, including bereavement support and advanced care planning.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- A current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel locally
- Dedication to team-based, trauma-informed, and culturally safe care
- Experience in palliative care or a passion for the field
