Clinical Nurse Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to work in a dynamic environment, providing expert care to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide individualized patient education.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed.

Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in palliative care or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
