Palliative Care Specialist Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver holistic care to individuals with life-limiting illnesses in the community.
About the Role:- Deliver high-quality patient-centred care, providing specialist symptom management and case coordination.
- Collaborate closely with a Clinical Nurse Specialist and interdisciplinary team to address clients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, empathy, and resilience, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements:- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant authority.
- Post-graduate education in Palliative Care or working towards a Post-Graduate Certificate in Palliative Care.
- A valid driver's license for travel between locations.
